Our Fees

Our Civil and Family Law Caseworkers charge an hourly fee of £90.00 inclusive of VAT for all cases regardless of the level of complexity. Our fees are non-refundable and charged on account prior to us working on your case.  We also offer fixed fee arrangements for clients who meet our financial requirements. 

 

Your fee includes:

• Case management

• Court support 

• Paperwork advice and preparation

Court Support Fixed Fees:

• Half Day Court Support - £300 + VAT​

• Full Day Court Support - £500 + VAT​

Additional costs to consider:

• Disbursements 

• Court application fees 

• Instruction of a Barrister

• Travel costs (if in person)
