Julie is an experienced Divorce Coach helping her clients navigate divorce from a more emotional aware perspective angle and trying to help her clients manage their emotional distress at the time of Divorce. Julie applies these techniques taught to her Family Law practice. 

 

Family Law

Julie has been a Professional McKenzie Friend since 2021, working with the company and specialising in all aspects of the Children's Act 1989. She specialises in cases pertaining to contact arrangement parental dispute resolution, as well as cases involving both securing and defending allegations of domestic abuse. 
 
Julie has a specialist practice, assisting clients who are trying to increase or vary child arrangement orders, and she has successfully assisted various Litigants in obtaining increased variations of child arrangement orders. Julie's ethos is to aim for amicable resolution of issues, without the need for the Court to make decisions, resolving disputes without raising tension. 
Julie frequently takes instructions for minor Financial Remedy disputes, as well as emergency injunctions with respect to Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders. 

 

Mediation

Julie is a highly skilled and robust negotiator who specialises in various types of Mediation. She is a highly qualified Mediator, and achieved her Executive Diploma in Mediation and Diploma in Paralegal Studies via the International Career Institute. 
Julie is a Registered Mediator with the CMC and practises in Civil, Commercial, Court of Protection, and Workplace Mediation. She is highly equipped to help in facilitating discussion, and she offers services to Landlords and Tenants who are struggling with disputes.
