Cecil is a Freelance McKenzie Friend, working under the guidance of Totally ADR Ltd. Cecil is a Canterbury Christ Church University Law Graduate, who completed his degree in 2021. He has a background in assisting Litigants in Person who have been domestically abused, and helping them complete paperwork with respect to their Family Law Act 1996 proceedings.
About Cecil
Family Law
Cecil regularly assists clients throughout Kent & Sussex area within their Family Law disputes. He has a background in assisting both mothers and fathers as a Professional McKenzie Friend within Child Contact Case (Children Act 1989) and Non-Molestation and Occupation Order cases (Family Law Act 1996). Cecil also has a growing practice in Divorce and Financial Remedy and is able to take instructions with respect to both matters. He is renowned by his clients for being empathetic as well as straight talking and has vast comments about his approach to assisting clients suffering from anxiety.
Small Claims
Cecil assists Litigants as a Lay Representative within all mattes under £10,000 in the Small Claims Court. He deals with a variety of matters including contractual breach, interference with land, issue resulting from matters of Tort and Debt. Caleb is available to take instructions in the London & Hertfordshire
