Family Law

Caleb regularly assists clients with their Family Law disputes throughout the Kent & Sussex area. He his versed within the Family Court, having been a Litigant himself within his own case. Caleb has a background in assisting both mothers and fathers as a Professional McKenzie Friend with Child Contact cases (under the Children Act 1989) and Non-Molestation and Occupation Order cases (Family Law Act 1996). Caleb also has a growing practice in Divorce and Financial Remedy, and can take instructions with respect to both matters. He is celebrated by his clients for being both empathetic and straight talking, and has received much praise for his approach to assisting clients suffering from anxiety.

Landlord & Tenant Disputes

Caleb is versed in assisting litigants with contractual disputes within tenancy disputes. He regularly assists both landlords and tenants in reviewing private landlord residential properties. Caleb deals with all matters, from housing disrepair to unlawful eviction claims whilst also advising on the merits of Section 21 eviction notices.

Small Claims 

Caleb assists Litigants as a Lay Representative with all mattes under £10,000 in the Small Claims Court. He deals with a variety of matters, including contractual breach, interference with land, issues resulting from matters of Tort and Debt. Caleb is available to take instructions in the Kent & Sussex Courts.

Will Writing 

Caleb has a keen interest in Wills and Probate Law. He is currently training to become an accredited will writer, to be able to write simple wills for clients who do not wish to pay costly high street solicitors’ fees.
